Real estate wholesaling is the process of purchasing a property for a low price and then reselling it for a higher price to another buyer. In order to do this, a wholesaler must have an extensive network and knowledge of the local real estate market. They must also be able to identify trends in the market and understand how to capitalize on them.
Real estate wholesaling is a great way to get started in real estate investing without having to put up a large amount of money or take on a lot of risk.
